Growth Hub ("Growth Hub", "we", "us") is a marketing analytics and content management dashboard. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Growth Hub web application.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide, such as your name and email address.
- Data from services you connect and explicitly authorize, such as ad performance metrics, organic social posts and comments, website and product analytics, revenue figures, and the basic profile of a connected account (for example, its display name and avatar).
- Content you create in Growth Hub, such as draft posts and the media you attach to them.
- Usage data generated as you use the app, used to operate and improve the service.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide and operate the dashboard: to sync the analytics from the services you connect, to let you plan and manage content, and to send posts you create to your connected accounts on your behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
Connected platforms
When you connect a third-party service (for example TikTok, Meta, or PostHog), we access only the data covered by the permissions you grant, and only to provide the features you use. For TikTok specifically, connecting your account lets Growth Hub read your basic profile and send a video or photo to your TikTok inbox as a draft, which you then finish and publish yourself inside the TikTok app. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration in Growth Hub or in the third-party service's own settings.
How we store and protect data
Access tokens for your connected services are encrypted at rest. Your data is stored on our hosting and database infrastructure and protected with administrative and technical safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you disconnect an integration, we stop syncing its data, and when you delete your account or request deletion, we remove your personal data except where we are required to retain it.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your information, and disconnect any integration at any time to revoke our access to that service. To make a request, contact us at the address below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
