These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Growth Hub ("Growth Hub", "we", "us"), a marketing analytics and content management dashboard. By using Growth Hub, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Growth Hub lets you connect your own accounts on third-party services, view analytics from them in one place, and plan, manage, and send content to those accounts. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Connected platforms and content
When you connect a third-party service such as TikTok or Meta, you must comply with that service's own terms and policies. You are responsible for the content you create and publish through Growth Hub, and you confirm you have the rights to use that content, including any media and music. For TikTok, Growth Hub sends your post to your TikTok inbox as a draft; you complete and publish it yourself in the TikTok app.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Growth Hub, including by using it to violate any law or any third-party service's rules, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
Intellectual property
Growth Hub and its underlying software are owned by us and our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding. You retain ownership of the content you create.
Disclaimers
Growth Hub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that third-party data will always be accurate or available.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of Growth Hub.
Termination
You may stop using Growth Hub and disconnect your integrations at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page, and continued use of Growth Hub means you accept the updated Terms.
